Through six sessions, participants explore real-world topics like Campus Culture, Money Matters, Legal Issues, Accountability, HR, and Curriculum & Instruction, guided by experienced leaders. A book study and capstone project enhance learning and inspire action. Offered in person or online, this program fosters leadership growth while meeting the unique needs of your school system.

Awesome, Average, or A'ight

Every educator impacts lives daily - but how often do we take a moment to ask ourselves, "How do I want to be remembered?" This dynamic 60-90 minute session encourages participants to step back from their routine and reflect on their professional identity, purpose, and impact. Through captivating storytelling and actionable strategies, we'll examine the distinctions between being exceptional, average, or mediocre, and discuss how to transition from having good ideas to intentionally creating a lasting influence.

Empower yourself in this 60-minute session that highlights how leadership shapes every facet of a school. Discover that making a difference is driven by attitude, not title. Extraordinary schools are built by individuals making impactful choices every day. Through inspiring stories, you'll learn how true leadership begins with mindset and results in meaningful outcomes.

Just like pilots rely on an attitude indicator to stay balanced in flight, educators need self-awareness to stay steady, focused, and grounded through challenges. In this fun and inspiring session, we'll explore what stability, small adjustments, balance, and cross-checking look like in our daily work - and how keeping the right "attitude" helps us reach a higher altitude. Through relatable stories and practical takeaways, participants will leave reminded that every role in education matters.
